InnTune
The InnTune practice network strengthens the future of Hamburg's gastronomy and music industry through targeted training opportunities. We bring together small and medium-sized enterprises, educational institutions and social partners to jointly strengthen the skilled workers of tomorrow. With targeted training opportunities, we create sustainable structures for professional qualification, secure jobs and genuine equal opportunities.
The project has been running since April 2025. Regular network meetings are planned, as well as the development of tailor-made continuing education programs and the qualification of so-called project guides directly in the participating companies. The continuing education programs are practical, needs-oriented and specifically tailored to the challenges and opportunities in the hospitality and music industries.
